Very good service. Not bad Chinese food. Managed to cater to vegetarians easily. One of the more decently priced Asian food options in Chinatown.
If you are looking for Malaysian Chinese comfort food, look no further. Old Lane is the place to be.
I was recommended by a “friend” the service was friendly and food flavoursome. Most definitely looking forward to returning and sampling more dishes “if” I come back to Perth!
The staff are warm and welcoming. Make good suggestions to when you're not to sure what you like. Large portions. My meal was amazing!
Great food and service - would particularly recommend the crispy chicken with the chilli vinaigrette. Genuinely one of the best chicken dishes we’ve ever had!
Amazing! If you are Singaporean/Malaysian and missing the cuisine back home, please be sure to visit Old Lane! Very very friendly staff, went on a Sat evening so it was very busy but had my book to read so that worked. Ordered the Pilipino pork belly skewers and Sarawak laksa. Skewers were amazing and they come with the vinegary dipping sauce! Heavenly and authentic. Hoping for a bit more Assam flavour to the Sarawak laksa but guess this is the more coconut-based version. Still really good nonetheless and the sambal ... I was just eating that by itself at the end. And to cap it off, it was only $15 or $16 for the whole meal! Definitely recommended!
The pad thai came wrapped in egg and was fantastic! I also recommend the pork belly bao. Great prices, ingredients were fresh, and everything was amazing.
Super good value laksa was hot, tasty and filling for $12.
This one in Northbridge is situated among several other Asian restaurants at Roe St. So many selections but this one had the Filipino pork belly skewers. At $12 per order of three sticks not at all bad considering the way it was made.
Went to this place for dinner on a Sat. Food was good. Not easy finding parking. Ended up parking at Roe Street Car Park. Ended up being only 5 dollars.
